5 HEALTHY QUARANTINE SNACK IDEAS

Hi lovelies!

Does quarantine have you looking in your pantry every hour for something delicious and comforting? Well…I created a short list of awesome snacks that’ll satisfy your cravings and won’t leave you feeling guilty. There’s no need to sacrifice pleasure. Indulge your senses!

I live for my snacks, but I always make sure to fuel my body with healthy foods that make me not only feel good, but that nourish my body with nutrients that will benefit me, while being free of processed ingredients! Here are 5 yummy ideas: 

  1. Stuff a medjool date with 1 nut or tsp nut butter, 1 piece of dark chocolate, tastes like a legit Reese Cup!

  2. Rice cakes with nut butter + fruit + cinnamon + 1 tsp honey

  3. Homemade popcorn made with coconut oil and sea salt

  4. Fruit dipped or drizzled with dark chocolate + nut butter (tip: put a small bowl in a pot filled with about an inch of water on the stove top (“double boiler”) to melt the chocolate and add a tiny bit of coconut oil to the mixture to keep the chocolate runny)

  5. Vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Recipe here!
