Empowered: Steps towards Self-love 

4 minute Affirmations & Movement to shift and lift with @sweetdrine

I would like to say how  honoured I am to be a part of @tomorrowneedsyouyoumtl ’s Movement for Mental Health. As you know, I am a self-love advocate & Empowerment coach and creator of a powerful self-love morning ritual called ‘Empowered Fitness’ which invites you to build self-confidence and self-acceptance. The way I do this is by combining movement with positive affirmations to shift limiting beliefs standing in your way of shining your light. 

For the purpose of this charity and this powerful cause, I created a new set of affirmations to be repeated out loud while moving your body, however you feel most free and comfortable or you can simply follow along with me in this video!

What we’re doing is we’re shifting stagnant energy and allowing it to be released while soothing ourselves with beautiful positive thoughts! 

So let’s get going and shift our energy!
